Yea, Ukraine is a neighboring country to Russia. The only way anyone can stop Putin from doing that is if they enter their territory. It's not like he's trying to take over Canada. Obama has the upper hand because if Putin does take military action, he will be shunned from the international community and if he doesn't take military action, it will look like he is weak and afraid of the West.

I have no clue how anyone can think Obama looks weak in this situation, lol.
