Is anyone watching this game? At the end of the game, the ref makes a call that it is out of bounds with Iowa possession and immediately points to replay. Do they not know what they called? Ridiculous.

I saw it. I think it was just an immediate admission that he wasn't sure, which is fine.
What pisses me off most is that Iowa was out of timeouts but got to draw up a play while the refs looked for 3 minutes. If you can't see clear & convincing in 20 seconds then it's not there, stick with what's called.
I saw clear & convincing that it was off Cockburn and call on floor was correct - on the very first look. WTF is taking so long?
