Patrick, I was told that they were considered to be reliable. I'm sure I could find out who there were if I wanted to.

When a couple credible people tell me that they believe the sources, that's good enough for me. Honestly, sometimes I prefer not to know names because it can be difficult to remember exactly what people do or don't want to be on the record as saying.

You know what I'm talking about.

Fair enough Tin. If by chance you do find out who the 4 owners are I would be interested in knowing this. I would not post to it on the forum either, just curious.

BTW if Russ is your "reliable source" don't bother sending it.

totally respect the fact that you have sources for your knowledge that you can't share, but since we don't know who they are, it's difficult to make a judgement.

On the other hand, when you get somebody in here on their first post crying wolf, no freakin' credibility whatsoever, it's pretty obvious they're agenda - driven.

On top of that, I've got sources that say rio/skybook is solid...no b.s.

so unless there's solid proof that somebody is willing to divulge, IMO don't post. Too many vendettas and rumors out there that ain't credible.

Mud, I agree about the "1 post wonder" comment. This is a reasonable question that has come up before, so I have no idea why someone was afraid to ask it under their normal ID.

I've heard many things about the Rio\Sky situation....some of them mentioning unpaid debts approaching 7 figures. Maybe it's true, maybe it isn't-it's not something that I can confirm either way, so I just take it for what it's worth. They may very well be rock solid.

As far as Sportbet, I'm of the belief that "something is not right". This is based partially upon what I've been told, and partially upon the fact that they are apparently considering buyout offers.
Given that, I have a very hard time believing that all is well .
