No throwing any game this player dreads playing V. Tech again they killed them last time they played and will once again! He knew one of Syracuses main players Billy Edelin wasn't showing up for the Syracuse game when they beat Rutgers by 2 and the line was off by 3 or 4 points!

Hokies are +15!?!? Wow, they should cover. They've played extremely well in their last two games. Beat Providence by 12, Gtown by 15. Bryant Matthews will play in the NBA, and the Hokies are getting solid help from their freshmen. Hokies have never played in the Big East tourney, and this is their last year in the Big East, so I think they're gonna bust their ass in Feb/March in order to make the tourney.

Virginia Tech men's basketball forward Bryant Matthews has been named the BIG EAST Co-Player of the Week and forward Coleman Collins has been named the BIG EAST Rookie of the Week for the week ending Feb. 8, 2004. Matthews shares the honor with Emeka Okafor of Connecticut.
Matthews, a senior from Columbia, S.C., recorded his 10th double-double of the season with 23 points and 10 rebounds in the Hokies' 69-57 victory against #23 Providence on Wednesday night in Cassell Coliseum. This is the second time this season that Matthews has won the award.
The lone active upperlassman on the Hokies 2003-04 roster, Matthews leads the BIG EAST in scoring with 23.6 points per game and is second in rebounding, at 9.7 rebounds per game. He leads the BIG EAST in offensive rebounding, at 5.05 per game and in steals at 2.47 per game.
Collins, a freshman from Stone Mountain, Ga., recorded career-highs with 21 points and nine rebounds in the win over the Friars. He also tied a career-high with two blocked shots. Collins is averaging 9.4 points per game this season.
This is the third time this season that a Virginia Tech freshman has been named Rookie of the Week, and all three scholarship freshmen have earned the award.
