I remember the 85 season. Going against the move and taking home dogs on MNF was gold. Things are different now. This game looked like
a typical late cover. You let the dog hang around going into the second half and you get
bitten. Even having the back-up QB play wouldn't have hurt. This is a new era of MNF,
except for a fluke like the Colt game you have
blowouts or dogs winning straight up . It's no
wonder the BM's are hurting.

The classic 85 MNF game was the Bears going undfeated into Miami. Every square thought the
Bears were money in the bank. They were right,
it was money in my bank. It ended the Bears
chance for the undefeated season.
