In-N-Out Burger sues Michigan based Doll n' Burger for being too similar

Hard to believe but because of the use of the initial n' and the interior looking like an In-N-Out burger. Nobody is going to confuse Doll n' Burger with In-N-Out.

California burger chain In-N-Out is known for being litigious. Over the past few years, the company has sued an Australian restaurant for using the name Down N' Out, Denver-based Smashburger for offering a menu item called the "Smashburger Triple Double," and even sportswear company Puma for selling white, red and yellow "California Drive Thru" sneakers.

So it may come as no surprise that In-N-Out has filed yet another copyright infringement lawsuit. This time, the fast food chain is suing a Michigan restaurant called Doll n' Burgers, with locations in Tecumseh and Jackson, according to the Daily Telegram.
