I think that affirmative action is a bunch of silly shit -- forcing companies, schools and government agencies to be racist, in the name of racial equality.
That said, if a given person or company wants to intigate a strict "no niggers" policy, then I say more power to them -- I myself would not buy water from them if I was stranded in the desert, would never work for a company with such a policy, and would never knowingly socialise with any of their principals. That is my bid for equality: a mature, reasoned refusal to contriubte to the coffers of racists, rather than some juvenile attempt to force grown men and women to act in manners which contrast with their beliefs, even if those beliefs might be offensive to me personally.
The First Amendment covers all forms of freedom of expression, not just the ones with which we agree.
