First of all you need a worthy adversary, not some bitch that will run and hide when you explode on them or some mod that will PR or ban you before you can really get rolling. This is a requirement to extend your meltdown over several days for full effect. Maybe one of these imported beer drinking pussies would work for your meltdown. Next you need an inflammatory topic, racism is a good one but overly used. Maybe bring someone's mom into the conversation early but leave the kids out. Next you should be prepared with your graphics. Have your cutdowns and pictures organized for easy submittal. If none of that works for you, just fucking wing it.
