Folks, we're in the midst of two stiffs:
live4bet
In the SFV area of LA, has an 805 phone number. Claims to work in real estate/general contractor

and

Let's Hug It Out
Young guy in the Mission Viejo area of LA. Claims to work in booze

I've written off these two chuckleheads and I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with them. Heard every excuse in the book from these guys and they're no good stiffs.

Not posting this for anyone to "root" for me, but for future searches where someone wants to find references on these two

Ironically, not very high at all. Don't cry for me, I'll survive :):)
But a stiff, is a stiff, is a stiff, right?

Absolutely. I make it clear that I set limits so that neither them or I get buried. I don't want to take on a player my roll can't handle and I pay promptly

Great, so between you two chuckleheads (kidman, I'm looking in your general direction) you've determined that post count doesn't mean anything

solid post

What if the douchebag says he has 40k and is trying to become a progambler? And he turns out to be a pina colada maker, working at carnivals?

Good business is to pay your clients as Bookmaker say's "can't pay you fast enough".

Providing you have proper channels of payment with this day and age is no issue, anything but usps.

Forums people make up excuses as to why they can't pay promptly, but if the book can't pay promptly it is a black eye and a warning sign.

Kind of a double standard there.

Noid it is a tough business I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

My very first book told me many years ago,you get a tight knit group and take on no one with out a second party vouching for them.

First sign of degeneracy gets the boot as remember tight knit.

He also would only take on new clients(vouched for of course) starting of pre season football.

Good luck collecting.
