I made it clear in several posts that the failure of an IP match alone would not be grounds for me losing......as spoofing software is widely available so one can pick both their ISP and location.

Later on in the thread, after a bowl load or two, I posted something to the affect "if the IP's don't match you are a winner" - which was a mistake

However, if one carefully examines my posts in that thread when the bet was made, along with respected RX Poli-Forum members like barman and steak tartar questioning a connection, there is still a reasonable doubt that MJ is in fact "JOEC"

Bottom line, the bet was stupid, as it was impossible to have a clear winner.....but I offered to pay MJ either half or a third of the bet on his "Obama will not win" future, and he got greedy, gave up the free-roll and declined

The bet is still open MJ, and I will increase it to the full dime. That's the best odds your gonna get, and I will send the money to a poster of your choice, agreeable with myself.
