So let me get this straight. The fraternity is kick off of campus. At least two individuals are exxpelled from the school. And what does the OU team do? They decide to skip practice until after spring break as a protest to this incident. Really? I can understand wearing black practice jerseys as a form of protest, but skipping some spring practice?

This is your typical cop out. Why do all OU fans and students have to use cop outs? If any OU fans justifies this, they are just copping out to the fact that the team is not very good and is looking for a built in excuse for this season. This is not a big deal. It has been dealt with swiftly and correctly. Ou lost 5 games last season and they may be just as bad this season. If ANYONE thinks that missing any practice is a good idea for this team, either you are copping out, or you do not know football. This is a team that would be lucky to win 6 games in the SEC or Pac 12. They need all the help and practice they can get. No excuses. This is nothing more than a team looking for an excuse for what they think will be a poor 2015 season.

Some very weak minded individuals at this University. Everybody taking the easy way out.

Seems to be a long term problem with racism and poor leadership across the board.

Had a very good friend in college that was black and he was always invited to our parties. Never did anyone in our chapter ever had a problem with him being around. Skin color is a BS way to profile someone, I rather look at actions of a person. I actually seen more hatred from black fraternities calling my buddy an Uncle Tom for hanging with us at certain bars. Regardless, it was a disgrace to see the SAE chapter at OK have behavior like this and it's more sad seeing them kicked off campus, but the merit is probably deserving.

as for the player leaving.....that's pretty lame. Kid has some issues of his own.
