How does the job review process go when 1 gets promoted from mod to super mod? And what has happened to past mods? Have they been killed off by Defying's evil mind? Have they used this position as a stepping stone? Do Mods meet up in a conference room once a year for 4 days like the Selection Committee? Do you guys match percentage for 401K? Do you gets swing at each other over who bans who? I picture BAS running the annual mod meeting and Defying showing up 15 minutes late. Hache wears the best suit while reading the Tampa paper shaking his head over the Bucs draft.
It's hard to vote without really knowing what the job entails. Several years ago i was a mod at betfirms but it was a small forum with little activity and my onlt duties were deleting spam. ...but then the site got hacked and v-bulletin wanted the owner to upgrade the security package and he switched to buddy press and my job became obsolete.
...but here mods have to moderate as well as delete spam , and deal with people on post review , and maybe even other stuff such as dealing with sponsors and contests. ....Its probably not near as easy as most may think.
I would probably apply for the job myself (but i would be too quick on the trigger. call me wilhelm lol) so out of the names listed i would go harry carry.
