One of the reasons I played Seattle is because nobody was on them and they did have the better pitcher going and the better bullpen. Texas' lineup is fun and can hit like crazy but they can't get outs consistently, that's why they're a .500 ball club. A team with only 19 road wins on the season opening as a road favorite should have raised some eyebrows but everyone jumped on Texas. I can't tell you how many times I read today that this line was a fraud and a joke. Usually those lines that make no sense (although Felix being a favorite in this over a .500 Texas team was not really a stretch to me) end up winning more times than not. Felix wasn't that great tonight but pitching in that park in the heat against that lineup is not easy. Seattle's pen won this one.
