Never used Navage so cant say

But I did look it up and my initial reaction is that the Machine is just a fancy version of a simple squeeze bottle....looks like its nastier to clean up as well.....I like to use it in the shower and let all the sinus crap go down the drain.

But that clean nose feeling is great isnt it?

I have this very thing sitting on my counter as I type. Caught a really bad virus two weeks ago. One of the nurses I talked to recommended that I get this very nose cleansing system. She said it was amazing.

I haven't used it.

It was pretty cheap. $13.00 bucks I think with a big bunch of refills.

Tips

Dont hold your breath....I like to open my mouth slightly and take shallow breathes

Its like diving into the swimming pool the first couple times but you get used to it
