If i am rich or not, what the hell does that have to do with me hanging out in a sport site or not? I live, breath and die for watching and betting on sports daily. I really do not understand your reasoning . But anyways thanks for the imput guys. I am just starting to look around for place to buy. kids have a few more years in school here in Maine then out of this cold ass state for the winters.

Hello Why Guy, I'm sure my friend Adrian Arias can help you out. He is the owner of the Costa Rican branch of Realty Executives here in Costa Rica and he has plenty of beautiful and secure properties in his portfolio in the price range and size that you are looking for. You can reach him at this email: adrian@rexcr.com

Good luck on the house hunt!!

By the way Why Guy all the rude responses you got is basically because its baseball season and things are realllllly slow right now and I guess people have nothing better to do, try not to hold it against the rest of us... jajajajaj.

Grass is always greener somewhere else, eh? You'd live where? Miami?

If you where a Gringo that wanted to get away from cold weather and heavy taxes, where would you go? Certainly not Canada. And Europe is neither light in taxes nor easy to legally emigrate to.

Staying in the Western Hemisphere that means Mexico + Central America + Caribbean + northern & coastal South America. Costa Rica is at least in the top 10 of any list you can make of that.

As for Islands, I wouldn't want to live on an island; but if you haven't lived on an island for a significant amount of time you may not understand what I mean. Scratching islands that probably leaves Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia in top 5.

Ok, I'll take a poke. He might be referring to the fact that ticos live with their parents till they're 40 so they never get a real grasp of the real world.
