If you are the Patriots, would you trade your entire draft and Stephon Gilmore for the #1 pick?

Normally I would say this is a terrible trade for NE but given they just had 20 years of sustained greatness, there are high expectations. NE fans aren't going to be happy with Jarrett Stidham at QB.

Would you consider this trade if you were NE? Cinci would jump on this trade immediately IMO.

I don't think it would matter, the Bengals would probably still turn it down.

When idiot mike ditka traded all of his picks that season and most of his picks for the next season to get the 4th pick of the draft to get Ricky Williams the Bengals turned down even more for the 3rd pick of the draft .

What did the bengals draft with that pick?
Akilli Smith .

no, but i expect them to make a move for someone in the draft. tom has 2 years to prove the patriots were wrong in letting him leave. if bill ever wins one with another qb he looks good. patriots may take a year or two and reload. alex smith wouldnt be an awful stop gap if he is healthy, stidham is not the guy. the defense and coaching is too good to tank. also wonder if with brissett now somewhat in an unwanted role the patriots may look to bring him back. there is familiarity there. tom brady was bad last year and the team was the #2 seed. i dont think they need much out of the qb to still be a winning team, just will lack that extra that tom brings which will prevent them from being great.
