I don't think anyone is really bashing you. As for myself, my only semi-gripe was that you made a difference from this side of the fence.

Have you considered telling Pat to just be him self? Let him rant when he smells something fowl. You and Sting had a great run with that shtick. Pat is the perfect person because he is more responsible. How long is Pat gonna be happy if he cant speak out freely? You should double his pay and tell him to say whatever he wants, thats what he's best at. Let him call a spade a spade and so what if he takes a pop at you once in a while. You got thick skin.
