They had something like that in Mall San Pedro. It closed down after a few months.

What about Hooters? I would love to see a Hooters in Costa Rica. Nevertheless, even I think that it would never work since most Costaricans would see it as too sleezy eventhough it is respectable in the US.

I always thought an Orange Julius would rock in the malls here. Not to expensive to setup either.

I prefer KFC for chicken and Arby's for burgers, so not sure were Wendy's fits in.

Costa Rica definitly needs a Wendy's and a Hooters.

I remember back in the late 90's that in Jaco you would see a cheap imitation of a Hooters. The only problem is that the waitresses were Jaco perras (sluts) and truly took away the notion of Hooters. It was obvious that it wasn't an official franchise of Hooters. Just like what happened with Fridays in San Pedro.
