"All life is suffering" is one of the four noble truths supposedly uttered by the buddah. Suffering iscaused by desire according to buddah. He prooosed a way to get off the seemingly endless wheel of suffering, life and death.

By Killing Desire, I would reckon.

Seems like a pretty big "simplification" as though the answer, the path to eradicating misery would be a tad bit more complex than just that but perhaps not. Maybe thats the main problem: we overcomplicate things.

If I, we were to succeed in overcoming Desire anyway, how would that lend to preventing Monsters such as this? How would it eliminate the suffering caused by Madmen?

I'm interested in eradication of that or at least lessening it as much as possible. Rather than a focus on my own personal suffering.

That I know is related as you say to Desire. I understand that. So Buddha saying All Life is Suffering was NOT a suggestion that the physical world has to be a brutal vicious place? Because thats what Life is, like, thats a necessary and undivorceable part of Life?

I guess suffering is necessary, to enjoy, value and cherish happiness? The ying-yang... opposites are needed to find a balance,

Just like hunger is needed to enjoy a meal.

Just like defeats are in order to prepare yourself for victory.

Just like defying prepared defying's wife for a better male now that he is abducted by aliens.

Show his execution in the theater he shot up - and have people bid for the seats. Donate the money to the families.

Probably exactly what Buddha meant pockets. He may have been trying to tell us that Suffering is necessary so that True Joy can exist. Yin-Yang thing like you say with out Darkness Light could not exist and he may have been suggesting that the main reason we're given Life is to End Suffering wherever we can...

How we end suffering like this guy and other insane worthless fucks cause though is beyond my ability to figure out though...

Other than prohibiting Pharmaceutical Companies from selling drugs that create such monsters but thats unrealistic, unlikely to be accomplished cuz $$$ is involved but even if they find a way to take their Millions with them to Hell and spend it there the money wasn't worth the terror-filled ending, the terrible terror she felt and the horror she saw as the very last thing she saw through her 6 year old eyes.
