That's very common on Pinnacle. The reason is because they're treated as two separate markets and auto-adjusted by computer, and every once in a while someone will manually adjust it. For the same reason you'll sometimes see in a list of teams to win the Eastern conference, something like DET -325, while they might be offering at the same time "Will DET win the eastern conference, YES -308 NO +268)
