I want to get rich...please help

I do not show alot of income, but my wife and I have great credit scores. I have very little debt as compared to my credit lines. I own about 85% of my house if you factor in what I owe verses what it is worth.

My credit score is 774
My wife's score is 767

My question to all you financial gurus and real estate people is what would you do in my situation? How would you go about obtaining a large loan for a business or investment purposes? What would you do to get rich in my situation? My household income is very average for my area.

my house is worth about $310,000. I do not know how much I want or need. I want to borrow enough to get rich or live comfortably. I am leaning towards real estate investment.

Real estate is the number 2 way in america to become a millionare. Number 1 isn't gambling it is inheiritance (leaves me out). In real estate you get to leverage your positions. Pull cash out of your house, use your credit to purchase investment properties and wait for the values to go up. Make sure you are buying bargins. Learn about avoiding paying taxes on real estate transactions with things like 1031 exchanges (huge advantage over stocks). Make sure you hang onto some of your cash for cash flow purposes so you are not in a position to be forced to do something you don't want to do.
