Wife is trying to back up her i tunes library to disc and it won't let her.She lost over three hundred songs last month when computer crashed and she doesn't want it to happen again.Emails itunes and it takes 5days for an answer.
The first thing I think of is make sure you arent trying to put too many songs on a disc. Most cd's hold 80min or 700mb. You will use up the 700mb first.

Yeah. That's the most likely problem. Most songs are about 3-4 mb and I'm sure shes got a few bigger ones mixed in. The disc is probably too small to hold it all
300x3.5 is 750.. add a few bigger ones and your easily over the 750-800 mb CD threshold.
