Most offshores you can with cashapp by buying bitcoin. But there is always a chance if they catch you using it for that they can cancel your cashapp. At the very least you better use your cashapp for other things like sending people money and buying things using their card.

Have been with 1Vice and Betagame for years and each uses Paypal if you request it.
