Recently saw a Canadian news program called W5.
They responded to one of these email scams. They are Nigerian, but are located in Amsterdam,Denmark because apparently the laws in Amsterdam are the most leniant in regards to these scams. Anyway the W5 crew had set up a meeting with the scumbags at a coffeeshop. They never showed up on time. Eventually one Nigerian eventually showed up. The TV cameras were not visible at first. As soon as the W5 TV crew showed up, this Nigerian ran for the fvcking hills. About a half hour later, the W5 crew get a phone call from the Nigerian. He says if the W5 crew don't leave town soon, they would get killed.

Thats a scam? I got the letter forwarded from Jim Feist so I figured it was true. You mean the money I sent them is really gone.?

what they use to do is finally apoint you somewhere in one airport ... they give you a briefcase with false dollars, finally you end paying almost 3 dimes...

do what i did.. i contacted the guy and told him to send the money through western union...

I seriously receive about two of these damn things a day. All with a different subject heading. I hate it when people try to insult my intelligence. Like I'm really going to fall for it.

After all, I don't look as dumb as I am.
