Down to 215 lbs. Total loss so far 22 lbs. Eating the right foods and walking at least 3 miles 5 days a week. I must say I feel great but I sure do miss those Buffalo wings and pizza.
Nice work harrington. Keep it up. I've been taking Lipo 6 instead of Hydroxycut and am cutting like crazy. Makes me feel weird at times (twitchy and shaky) but I don't feel like eating much and it gives me alot of energy. Went from 192 to 185 in about the last ten days with cardio and weight lifting. Goal was to get down to 180 but I'm not sure I'll make it by the end of the month. Still, the stuff works if your heart can handle it.

damn..I don't know how you can go that long without food...I've lost 21 pounds since March 28 by eating healthier and working out 3-4 times a week...Good Luck.
Nope I just went on it for about 3 weeks. I now just exercise and try to keep my calorie intake below 1500 a day and I try to avoid sugar and I take it easy on the carbs.
I keep drinking back the calories after a run, and eating taco bell for lunch. Aw well... I need to go back to my cereal, apple, ritz crackers, chicken, ritz crackers, cucumbers, protein shake diet.
209 this morning and my goal of 190 is in site. Total loss 28 lbs. Eating right and walking 5 miles at least 5 times a week. I feel great. I can actually bend over and put my own socks on.
