was with heritage for a number of years. their customer service went down the shitter. when they first announced bitcoin transactions, they tried telling me if i didn't make my first initial deposit with bitcoin, i couldn't withdraw because they didn't have enough bitcoins available. lmao. then i made a deposit, always had reduced juice. i guess somewhere along the way reduced juice is now a promo for 12x rollover? i never heard that before. they said it has always been that way. i told them i was going to cancel my account and they said, well go ahead, sir. i hit the rollover and they then began a no weekend withdraw policy. that was the last time i used them. hope you get your situation sorted out
