My swelling is almost back to normal, so I've got my groove back.

Sitz baths (sitting in a tub of water as warm as you can stand it) to help shrink the swollen tissue.

OTC Anusol / Tucks will help.

But if it has a significant thrombosis, the only cures are incision (cut it with a knife and express the clot) or excision (general surgeon completely cuts out/off the entire hemorrhoid)
