One of my best friends is an excellent Italian Chief from Verona Italy, who creates the most wonderful, tasty, flavor-filled dishes you would ever experience in his restaurant, unique in everyway to all other restaurants of the area. Many of the competing restaurant owners or the area frequent his restaurant to learn and enjoy his creations.
His motto...keep things simple.
