I'm sorry but you have it all wrong. The rules don't state "ALL TOUT MUST POST IN THE TOUT PROMO AREA". The rules state that if someone is soliciting for a tout business then they must post in the promo area. Ace gives his picks here freely without solicitation to Doc's or without solicitation of email addresses.

Why is it that people who say they are "new here", never are? Ace was (and still is) posting all of his plays here (Something that none of the other touts seem to be willing to do), so there is nothing wrong with him posting his plays in the sports rooms.

I'll have to double check, but I believe that there is an open offer to the touts if they want to post all their plays before the games in the sports forums. Shouldn't be a big deal if they aren't using TheRx to recruit clients, but no one seems interested.
