and fish is the easiest to digest
problem with the fish argument is no self-respecting vegetarian (again, me for example for the entire decade of the 90's) would eat it. Plus, if you choose to go with random's argument on how disgusting a pig is then look up the information on shellfish as they pretty much go hand in hand as far as "unclean" food sources.

and we continue...

huh?

i guess i'm caught in the middle of some side veggie discussion

all i'm discussing is that we are omnivores slanted heavily in the herbivore direction and fish is best of the meats for us to intake

kinda like bears are made to hunt fish well and eat lots of it

grizzly's even don't eat tons of red meat

they fuck around with ants and bugs alot too

i think the "crazy" asians have shown health benefits to humans in eating ants and stuff like that too

rolltide you are really being an ass by putting so many words in my mouth.
you type it, I recite it

;)

can people live healthy, happy lifestyles and get all the nourishment they need without eating a pig, hamster, cow, or shark? yes of course they can but with many supplements and not just by strictly eating cork and rocks.

my discussion on vegetarianism and/or veganism (actually not sure that's the proper term) is from you early on saying you are looking into being a vegan. One would have to assume you are making a leap from carnivore to vegan without at least a stop off at vegetarian. if I am completely incorrect at that assumption, sorry...just going off experience
