Got a break at the 1 hour mark. Thought I would check in to see if any new developments have arisen. Doesn't look like it. My balance is still showing -400.00

One bet I noticed that was pretty interesting at this book -- here is a prop you can bet for the SB

What will be the first score

NO SCORE IN GAME +10,000

ARE YOU KIDDING ME ????
This bet has NO CHANCE of winning, since it is a playoff game. You want to talk about BAD LINE. I guarantee you if anyone bets that though, they will get a loss, not a BAD LINE.

Careful, might be a set up to make you send your money back and try to play that line

1) Tell them you would be happy send the money back, after they admit their error.

2) Once they correct your account, point out they still owe you money. (I realize they will already know this, but you are trying to be helpful.)

3) Point out that if you send them back the money (that they sent you in their error), they should eat the fees (since it was their mistake).

4) Further point out that you still wish to clear your account. You shouldn't have to pay withdrawal fee here either, since you already asked to empty you account, and should not have to pay withdrawal fees another time (again due to their mistake).

5) Finally, as a favor to them (you are being SO HELPFUL), offer that they can just zero the account, and save themselves all this trouble.

Basically, you are tell them to f*** themselves, but you are doing it with a smile.

Hey man f-em....books could do this on every single line then go and say oh, bad line if they are about to lose...keep the money, go find another book, and leave it at that..

Allow the General time. He will fix this. Nobody at the Rx is better...The book will also make this right. They have no choice in my estimation.

The situation as it happened exactly will be reported very soon and the resulting actions taken by all parties will be reported.

Thanks for your patience in this matter.

Have a good day everyone and win some money.

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR> General,

If you start siding with this book ( like always) saying it was a bad line so they had the right to wait and see the outcome and then say bad line

<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

Did you really think general would be impartial in this?
He is a paid shill / kiss ass for the books
No offense general - I know the feeling is mutual
Good luck sir

Danny- You should have contacted WIlheim or someone with true integrity as I suggested earlier

In any event, that appeal to the guy losing his job and having to cover it personally is outrageous. You should expose them either way, and we will all chip in to cover the nickel. I know its not the $ , its principal - but that e mail has me steaming

No, the feeling is not mutual. I have no problem with you. Thanks for the opinion. It is noted.

Take care

C'mon guys, do you really believe they are going take it out of someone's paycheck?????

No chance, they say that just to make it look like they found someone to blame it on, just like when you're told that a clerk has been suspended or fired, just to get him/her on your next call.

Guys, let's not miss the main point, a bet was accepted and then cancelled when the outcome was known (or at least that's what we've got so far), on an unusual turn of events, the player has the money, DannyMay , my respects brother, after what they did to you, i wouldn't even consider sending the money back, and you still put it up for people to read about and have some feedback to make a desition.

(Not that i would do it given the facts that you present)

Right now I'm just waiting for fish and the general to come back and get the "other side to the story", but as it stands right now, danny's the man, and i pay due respects to fish and the general for trying to help out, as I said before, best of luck Danny, hope you find a better book to deposit those $400

The money is not the main issue for me, it is one of principle.I would willingly forfeit it even if it meant a deduction from my salary since it was my mistake.

When they say its not about the money.

Its About the money!

You have no public opinion about me perhaps, but I am not in a position of having to play politics so i can call it as it is. No reason to hijack an important thread, and perhaps i was a bit harsh on you, but I hear from others what you have to say about me general and I had the experience of speaking with you about a dispute a while ago and came to understand you were not fully disclosing your relationship with the party to me.
NO big deal, as long as the right thing is done here and danny gets his.

Judge, as many in here, i actually work for a book, but I'm also a player, and i still think that as things are presented right now, Danny should be payed, or in this case keep the money.

Intertops.com is the book involved in this dispute. I want to thank them for the professionalism and courtesy in which they displayed today in dealing with this matter.

Here is the Intertops side of the story and I have screenshots providing evidence of such the matter.

Thanks to FISHHEAD & Wilheim also for assisting in this matter.

Danny wagered on the UNC vs Virginia game Saturday. The total on the game was 163.5 according to wagerline. Normally to establish a 1st half line, the game total is taken in half and a few points deducted.

Intertops made a mistake and posted the 1st half total at 88.5. At 11:09 AM Danny wagered $550 on the under. This was an obvious bad line IMO. At approximately 11:44 AM this wager was cancelled but due to DNS attacks causing the systems and personal not to be able and operate properly, the email was not sent advising Danny of the cancellation. The line should have been 78.5. The line was 10 points off, not 2 or 3. The wager pattern of Danny indicates he is nowhere near a $550 bettor at Intertops.

The whole “Bad Line” rule is such a debatable issue that it presents problems most often.

Intertops.com has agreed to pay Danny for the wager. They will credit his account and do wish to keep him as a customer.

Kudos to Intertops for their assistance.

So anyways, who is this book?

I know that many of you can figure it out.

Who has played at a book, where one of your tickets in the last day is anywhere ballpark close to #8180AZ5999 ?

Maybe you don't want to share it, but I believe that many of you know who the book in question is. Im clueless, I dont play at any shops that issue tickets that are anything close.
