Pretty sure she smacked him, he asked if anyone else saw it. Smacking a cop has gotta be the dumbest thing anyone could possibly do in that situation. Absolutely pathetic and unbelievably fake. Even if she wasn't faking I don't think the driver would be at fault since it's on the road (I didn't see a footpath) so the insurance company would give shit all to that woman besides a laugh and a fuck off.
