Has this ever happened to any of you?
You went to the bank and made a $1000 deposit, you then later check your bank statement and discover that not $1000 has been deposited into your account, but withdrawn, so you phone up the bank and make them aware of their mistake. Since you have full proof of your deposit, the bank immediately admits their mistake and says:"Sorry Sir, we will cancel that withdrawal". It turns out that the bank then indeed only cancels that withdrawal.
Now you phone them again and ask:"Well, where is my deposit?". They then say:"Well, we made a mistake, (you should be happy that) we corrected it by cancelling the withdrawal, but we cannot make your deposit"
I am truly having a dispute with a book/exchange on a similar situation!
