like seriously....are these people mentally disabled. I have a hard time wrapping my mind around homosexuality but I respect the mutual attraction two girls or two guys may have for each other. But the kids are unphathomable.

The closest thing I can think of is jail bait.....but even that there is a mature factor to the girls that are physically under 18 years old. (i.e. 16 year old with big ) but when people go for kids then I don't even understand the motive. (I can understand the motive in robbing a bank or shooting your ex-wife in the head)

i'm at a loss for reasoning.

I can usually understand the mentality to most criminals....even rapists....u see a hot girl and you may want to have sex with them and if you don't got game like gyno and have coordination like Viejo (sitting on a chair) then you have to hook up with the girl by force.

but the kids....i really cannot relate.....I am aware there are many Sunduskys out there but i am just trying to understand. Worse for me is if this happened to a kid, why would they want to do this to other kids as they get older themselves.

Their wiring is messed up, I believe they can not control themselves.

a therapist who deals with pedophilia stated yesterday that the average amount of victims per each pedophile( provided they havent got caught for a period of 2 or more years) is.........300. i know that an average, but it certainly shows how much of a mental disorder one must have to continuously torcher kids...very very sad..

We're learning even more about a civil lawsuit filed by the alleged 12th victim Thursday against Jerry Sandusky, Penn State and The Second Mile. It's an exclusive story you saw first on CBS 21 News live at 5.

The accuser, who was 12 when Jerry Sandusky allegedly sexually abused him, says that Sandusky gave him whiskey before touching inappropriately. His lawyer says it happened just once, but it scarred him for life.

“Pulled out a bottle, poured a glass of whiskey and told him to drink,” stated Attorney Charles Schmidt.

Attorney Charles Schmidt is talking about what Jerry Sandusky allegedly did to his client before sexually abusing him. Schmidt says this allegedly happened on Penn State's campus, at Sandusky's office inside the Lasch building when his client was 12-years-old.

His client's mother died just a year before this happened and Sandusky would talk to the boy about his problems. The boy was involved in The Second Mile, a charity which helps at risk children. The Second Mile is also a charity that Sandusky built from the ground up and where he preyed on his victims.

“He has told us that while he was at The Second Mile, he was taken by Mr. Sandusky to his office, given alcohol and sexually assaulted,” Schmidt explained.

CBS 21 News obtained court documents which show that potential victim number 12 has filed the first of many steps in a civil lawsuit against Jerry Sandusky, The Second Mile and Penn State University.

The lawsuit was filed in Philadelphia County. Attorney Schmidt wanted to file it ahead of any possible criminal charges before the statute of limitations expired in the case.

This is the second civil lawsuit filed against Sandusky, Penn State and The Second Mile. The first one was filed last month.

Both of those lawsuits are only civil at this point, which means the allegations these two victims, number 11 and 12, are making could turn criminal once the Attorney General's Office is done investigating.



In a CBS 21 News exclusive, we have learned that the lawyer for the potential 12th victim, has filed a civil lawsuit against Jerry Sandusky, Penn State University and The Second Mile.

The man who filed this civil lawsuit will turn 20 next month. His lawyer tells us he was only 12 when Sandusky allegedly gave him whiskey and then sexually abused him.

Attorney Charles Schmidt says this is only a civil lawsuit. No criminal charges pertaining to this alleged victim have been filed by the Attorney General's Office, but the AG is investigating these allegations.

Schmidt says that his client was involved in The Second Mile, the charity which helps at-risk kids and was only 12 when Jerry Sandusky allegedly sexually abused him.

"He has told us that while he was at The Second Mile, he was taken by Mr. Sandusky to his office, given alcohol and sexually assaulted," stated Charles Schmidt Jr. of Schmidt-Karmer Law firm.

Attorney Schmidt tells CBS 21 this is only the beginning stage and that this civil lawsuit was filed in Philadelphia County.

He wanted to file the civil lawsuit ahead of any possible criminal charges in order to beat the statute of limitations in this case

Most of the kids Sandusky and Jackson molested will become molestors themselves.
