There were studies on something quite similar to this I read in a journal of medicine maybe 5 years or so ago. Volunteers were put in rooms almost exactly like you described, where they were submitted to sensory deprivation.
They had to stay there for 2 days, yet they claimed it seemed like they were in there for at least a week, and most had the feeling they were in there so long that they felt they were forgotten about.
It is a lot harder then it sounds when you have no interaction, no light, no sense of time, etc...

I forget how long it takes but however long it is would SHOCK YOU....how short a time it takes for a human to become insane when locked in a dark room with no thing at all to stimulate the senses.
I would think if one was disciplined they could overcome though....

Some things would need t be clarified. Toilet issues, brushing teeth, shower. Without toilet issues you would be laying in your own shit and vomit after you started throwing up from laying in shit. In a normal cell, with a toilet, and a night light, LOL . I think the extremely low ceiling is nuts.
