Sensible...

Just by reading your post, it seems as though you've noted the trend that a lot of games are getting that first goal after the typically given 28th minute. However, there are many built in problems that makes this a losing proposition in the long run. First off, I've only seen Bet365 off this, and if they offer that prop, they typically offer live betting on the game. If you'd like to do it that way, just bet under the 2.5 goals and go back and hedge... because remember this: if a game is scoreless, you lose because no goal was scored. And at -105 typically, this type of bet isn't worth it. I know it's tempting to say a lot of games are 0-0 at the half, but the proportion of those that finish 0-0 are higher than you think.

Sensible--

I see your point on trying to hedge within, but I still believe the way you should go about doing it (though I don't recommend doing it at all) is to bet the under, especially if the game's asian line is 2.5 and 3 or something like that where you can get odds. If you make it past about 15 minutes scoreless you can immediately hedge, albeit for a small percentage. More often than not though, you're gonna get screwed over by it. Don't know of anyone that keeps track of such a thing. My best advice would be to pick a few teams and track them, then when they play each other, go for it.
