Have I lost my mind?

Every site lists Week #5 Giants @ Cowboys as being a CBS game. With both teams belonging to the NFC, how is this possible? Has something changed and I am late to the party?

This is something that changed about 2-3 years ago.

Because of Thursday nite football, sometimes a CBS contest gets broadcasted on Fox or vice versa.

You'll see a few games like this now.

Weird, i know

Like the post abut you said, it started a couple of years ago. The real reason for it - money. CBS has the AFC, and more smaller markets. To get more money from them, the NFL agreed to show more crossover games on each other's channels to balance it out.
