GD- Most, if not all, red meat is unhealthy.........especially for us males.
What many people do not know is that the high IRON content in red meat is one of the main reasons why males should not consume red meat regularly........along with other such foods and supplements.
Red meat also takes over 2x the amount of time to digest as chicken, so it sits in your digestive tract longer and that is never a good thing.
I love red meat to much to give it up completely, but try to limit myself to quality meats and usually only once a week or so.
