How does the pk and -1/2 work?

Portugal is currently at: pk and -0.5 +100

If I were to put a unit on this how much would I get back if they win and if they tie.

I'm assuming I win the whole bet if Portugal wins but what I dont understand is what percent do I get if they tie.

If its a tie, you will lose HALF of your stake.
