How do i get a proxy for the hilton contest?

Most that I know charge 200$ and 10% of the winnings. I got in a dispute with my proxy last year since I thought it should be either $200 OR 10%. Why should I give someone both?

Jarjead's proxy gets $150 FLAT. I was really surprised by that.

Someone should get both because if you don't win then they are doing all the work for nothing. $200 and 10% is a steal in my opinion.
