You can highlight the text & select "copy" if you hit the right button on your mouse.

NOTE---This is really not a good idea. There have been cases where people can click on the pasted info and access your account. I strongly advise against doing this unless you first paste the info into Notepad & then copy it into the forum.

I have tried that, just a simple copy and paste, but the format or something is not right. It comes out all cluttered with no spacing at all.

I've seen that happen.

You could try copy\pasting into MS Word & see if the formatting is intact.

Keep in mind, this will carry over the potential security issues I mentioned above.

sometimes wrapping things in ['code]['/code] (no apostrophes) preserves the formatting
