There is a checkbox in the "User CP" to allow other members to send an e-mail. I put a check in the box, but when I tried to send an e-mail to myself through my profile, I get the following message.
"Sorry! That user has specified that they do not wish to receive emails. If you still wish to send an email to this user, please contact the administrator and they may be able to help."
