Was young and dumb and was talking shit about I could hit like 80% of my bets on some fantasy football forum. Got referred here and learned what a point spread is and proceeded to hit like 50%. But I learned from it so oh well.

i saw this guy at the Phillies home opener a few years ago. Aside from being drunk as hell, I also noticed him watching the out of town scoreboard more than the game on the field in front of us. I asked him if he was a gambler and he said yes. He told me about this site.......his name was Dubpoet.:lol:

I was working for Sportbet when the whole Finger Lakes debocle went down. Still have mixed emotions about that incident. I lurked around for a bit before that, but have read this site every day ever since.

I have a pretty decent story. I was in Vegas with my brother-in-law about 6 years ago. We met up with his brother who was there with his wife. He invited us to a party. I was told it was an RX party. I believe it was at the Golden Nugget. I had no idea what the RX was and my memory is pretty shaky, but it was upstairs in a banquet room and there were a whole lot of dudes in there with name tags taped to their shirts and they were screen names, I believe. I do not remember his screen name on here, but he primarily bet on the ponies and was pretty good at it. He no longer posts as far as I know and my brother-in-law that I was there with is no longer my brother-in-law. He did however win a Rolex watch that night in a raffle. I remember drinking alot and then going downstairs and playing blackjack. I had never been to that casino.

I joined probably about a year or 2 later after learning more about the site. I have never been to a bash since I joined, but was actually at one before I was even a member...go figure.
