I have been to the hospital so many times thinking I was having a heart attack I dont even want to talk about. They just hooke me up to a a monitor and give me an adavan and sent me home after a few hours.

I havent had a bad panic attack in years though. I just kind of figured out what not to do or what to do better.

And no, it wasnt drugs.

Heart problems as your age? You could pass for 19. To get back on topic, 2 or 3 times in the last 2 months, after eating and then going to the gym, i would get some weird indigestion/heartburn thing. I'd have to drink water every 45 seconds to stop it.

i had the same problem and finally i went in to the hospital. my father had worked in the hospital for 26 years and knew most of the doctors. the head cardiologist was concerned with the word " tight" that i used to describe the pain. he said the best way was to schedule a heart cath., which would show him all the arteries around the heart. it is pretty simple as they go in through your femeral artery( just below your groin). you are still half awake and can watch it on the monitor. the arteries were clear as a whistle and he said i looked fine. i was prescribed norvasc for possible spams which might have caused the pain. that was 3 years ago. try and have one done if possible. bottom line, DONT WAIT

I WOULD SERIOUSLY at the very least go have a EKG done...you do not want to mess with this go and see a DR today..that is not normal..the word TIGHT pain is not a good thing

best of luck

If you get the pains after eating or a few hours after, i'd say heartburn.

If you're getting the pains while doing strenous exercice, then it might be angina and i'd go see your doc. if your left arm ever hurts/feels numb you've just had a heart attack.

and like Dante said, instead of asking a bunch of degenerates on a gambling forum about your chest pains, your best bet is to go see your doc and have an EKG just to make sure.
