I think everyone is over thinking it based off the question asked. From my years of experience the local pays the PPH website to to act just like a fantasy football website. They keep all the records, update the odds, etc. In return the bookie pays a flat fee per account he controls. They just pay the flat fee and the website keeps record of points, credit, bananas, units, what ever you want to call them. The bookie would then settle with his customers every week for the actual cash.

This is what I was thinking. So they are the bankroll behind the operation then and when you crush them it hurts them and they could drop you.

razor. the website is 15$ a week PER PLAYER. thats all the website makes is whatever the bookie pays them per account. a player winning or losing does not affect anyone in costa rico. the website is just a tracker. no real money involved the bookie is only paying for their services of posting lines on a website.

if you were to start a book and had 10 guys. you would pay the website 150$ a week. anything your players win or lose on the site is on you to pay them or collect. the website where it says they are down or up doesn't care what happens. they are just renting you the website to use. just like writing it in a notebook saying this is what player A bet this week and he owes X.
