Thanks Brain,we are in same boat..i have no clue either,just started with picking anything close to even,followed and watched some races and in time you start getting some idea and list of favorites you back or lay,must admit this is fun and @ Betfair you can watch all those you got wagers on in real time video which is great,giving you extra idea over who is who and how they perform as well as ability to bet in real time which i don't post here.
