Nothing disturbing about it to be honest. Just a guy killing himself.
The documentary The Bridge is depressing. It's about people who jump off the Golden Gate with video footage then a look into their lives and trying to see why they were suicidal. I could not make it through 30 minutes, too depressing.
Yeah I saw parts of that on youtube. The one I remember is that dude dressed up in leather with a leather hat. Made me wonder why he chose to wear that. If he was so despondent that nothing mattered then why get dressed up at all? Maybe he was trying to make something meaningful out of his death, who knows?
I was thinking along the same way about the Hoover Dam jumper. Why wear the hat at all dude? I mean, when he put it on that day was he thinking he needed to protect his face from the sun or maybe he had a bad hair day and threw the cap on? When he hit the bottom he really had a bad hair day at that point with his scalp flying off like that. Point is, why put the cap on? Bet he also had underwear on but why?
