just a little doing and a lot of work...blue ribbon yearbook as starting point, hometown newspapers, school websites, i have a line service i use for injury info and plenty of other extremely useful info, and various other sites on the web.

Thx..... I like the local links as well. ESPN has them. Some through insider and some not.

Thx and GL tonight. I will be on the ULL play and maybe some others.

homedawg,

what is your final opinon on the ou for evansville and unc?

I would never lay 30, but I think UNC doubles them up. i gave a brief summary of what i expect in a thread in here asking if anyone knew anything about Evansville. check that out.

What are your thoughts on Evansville tonight?

Edit: answered above, thanks!

i got into at some depth in a thread on the front page, or 2nd page asking if anyone knew anything about Evansville. I have been successful backing Evansville this season, but they are a team you want to play at home, not the road. I think UNC doubles them up, and can name the score

I too have liked Evansville this year, but like you said, the only teams I've put my money where my mouth is is when they're at home.

30 points is a lot, definitely tempting. Let me go find that thread, thanks bud.

HD's analysis:

follow missouri valley very closely, and subsequently Evansville. Have backed them successfully 4 times this year, all at home. This is a team I picked to be a sleeper in the Valley, kind of like Illinois St last season. They have an experienced back court in Shy Ely, and Jason Holsinger. Holsinger is an excellent shooter, and Ely is a great slashed. They also get solid production from a senior Nate Garner, and freshman Jason Haarsma. They improved quite a bit on one of their big weaknesses last year, rebounding. They are a well coached, scrappy team. Now with all that said I wouldn't touch them tonight. UNC is a totally different animal from what they have faced thus far. They are also a notoriously bad road team. This is a team you want to back at home, but stay far away from on the road. Where they have improved their athleticism they aren't anywhere near UNC athletic wise. I am expecting a rude awakening tonight. I wouldn't back them tonight, and i;m a big Evansville supporter. Their only chance is to shoot lights out, but I just don't see it happening. They won't won't be able to hang with UNC. I see a 35 point victory for the Heels

Let's Do It Tonight!

I just saw Banana Warlord's thread about me. :lolBIG:

He's a complete and utter moron. I'm tailing you, so he's basically fading you. :ohno:

I'll be tailing CK's plays as well.

He's fading 2 of the Rx's most successful NCAA hoops handicappers!

I predict this banana dude will have a short lived tenure here.

By fading me (technically you and CK), he's going to get rammed hard up his hersey highway! I'll be reveling in his pain/misery when it happens! :toast:

HD if I read it right this is Kyle Austin's (USC transfer) second game for UCR correct? He seems to have really made his mark for Riverside.

Oh and remember the name Eric Maynor for VCU. I listened to their game the other day and the kid was a one man show

yes he made his debut last game.. you have to remember it was against lowly Loyola Marymount. He will be a nice addition, but not a season changer. Plus even though his debut looked good you can't expect him to step right in and have chemistry right off the bat.

Well aware of Maynor. He is the man. Remember Duke 2 years ago in the NCAA tournament? Duke fans sure do!
