Hollywood reminds me of those old Avis commercials with the "WE TRY HARDER" theme. From what I read here....and from what I have experienced playing there, they are solid, their basball lines are very playable, and their customer service is superb.
And then of course, there is Will's excellent responsiveness in this forum.
But quite frankly, their website SUCKS !!!
Will, you GOTTA get a tech guy in there and clear out those cockroaches, bud. Today I logged in repeatedly and every time I entered my password to confirm my wager I got an error message saying I had timed out. And we are talking.....like 40 seconds from login to timeout here.
I did call in and get my wagers down. Then when I went to check them online, guess what....timed out right after login. Finally got in there and everything is confirmed and as it should be, but the process was very annoying.
I guess I would rather have an honest book with a crappy website than a crappy book with a first class website, but Hollywood can be both if it tries harder
