IF BY MAGIC is such a horrible money burner. Can't possibly put her on top. That leaves me with MISS THIRTYFOUR D who blistered the track with a 46.4 in her last work and LIFE'S PLEASURES who adds blinkers, gets Nakatani, and has also been working like a champ.

This one depends on whether or not Douglas tries to get MISS D'OR on the lead. I'm convinced if BLUFFER is left alone up front, she'll hang on today. If not, I expect KITTY COMEDY to fly home late.

Holly Race 2
CAT FIGHTER and BARBARA ORR are making their first tries against winners, LADYLORE doesn't have nearly enough speed to be anywhere close, and STONEBRIDGE LADY doesn't seem to taking winning seriously. This leaves us with LYNCOLA. The Inda mare has been working well and if she takes to the surface should have a shot at a very nice price.

just got in for hollywoods 2nd, watching it right now and getting ready to go play some golf, good luck the rest of the day, we arent in a bad position coming to the top of the backstretch, trying to make it, but going to fall to 3rd by a nose, figures

Torn between HALEAKALA SUNRISE, who ran well late in her debut after a less than auspicious start, and COPA DE ORO, a nicely bred filly trained by a very capable 2 yr old trainer, Richard Mandella. After much waffling - yeah, about 20 seconds, I'll shy from the girl with gate trouble.
